When Will Americans Blame Thereselves For Failures

I have a valid point my wife gave me by mistake or maybe I knew this already, but was to blind to want to deliver the message. I'm setting on my couch, something about physical look comes up and into a normal run of the mill conversation.

My wife talks about how a friend wants to get liposuction done and she says she'd like to get it as well. I ask why and the answer I hear is I can't get rid of this baby fat I have.

So lets get to the real situation. To burn fat you have to be active, you have to exercise atleast 3 4 times a week and for at least maybe 30 minutes of goog intense workout.
My wife does neither workout or exercise and if she does it's couple times then you won't see it happen again for a lengthy period of time. She tells me I can't get rid of this fat cause the doctors say it's hard to get rid of certain kinds of fat. She's never been diagnoised with this certain type of fat , nor does she have a set or a routine period to exercise and try to better her shape.

The problem is, that Americans blame the food industry for obesity. Mcdonalds has been a big topic supposedly how there fatting up our children. Just like guns it takes someone to pull the trigger. Just like food it takes one to decide is this really healthy for me. Will this do my body any good nutritionally.

The3 answer is no, not at all, but we all know this and we still blame the food industry for our poor choices. If Mcdonalds and Burger King sold everything healthy would we all want to eat at Mcdonalds and Burger King then. i bet if there was a poll taken we'd lose interest in those fastfood joints.

I'm a American, I tused to tell myself that all my problems stemed from others and never put blame in my direction. Till one day I decided to quit smoking. I had to make the choice not America. I knew that all the information I read about smoking, if I didn't quit it was a strong possibility I could die sooner and I didn't want this for my children.

We know that there are cases that some people need surgical procedures to help with weight lose and others get these procedures cause they have no patience in hardwork or the pride to say if I work hard I can accomplish my goals. With a society of rising costs and healthcare increasing it's obesity that rises in this country, why people care less in the America.

Obesity isn't a problem in China and other countries because they know the essintials needed to lose weight or better ways to care for themselves and they implement them, not make excuses.
