Every year before the holiday season something negative always happens provoking a serious cash flow setback, hampering any kind of real holiday spirit and totally destroying Christmas spirit I had prior to bad news I may receive.
I know holidays are more about the gathering of family and sharing of things to be thankful for and the blessing to have another year to look forward to and hope things get better and everything works it's way out for the best.
I think about the story of JOB in the bible about all the things taken from him. Loved ones, his lively hood and he never once would turn against god and say anything bad against him.
I constantly feel in this position and I can't say I haven't said bad things towards god and did the things we all do on a reocurring theme of why me and what did I do to deserve so much mysery.
I guess the only answer I can come up with is i'm no where as strong minded as JOB was and i'll never beable to find the good things out of negative things that may find me all the time. It's kind of like the person that gives to charity all the time and always expecting a good thing in return.
I give my fair share to charity all year long and I never expect to get things in return, but at times it's hard to swallow all the things you do to help nothing ever in return good ever comes back but more woes.
I'm not JOB and i'll never be able to handle the kind of woes he was put through by satan and how god told satan job you will never break cause his strong will and faith in me.
My faith is low and hope seems far and inbetween. My mind is exhausted and sometimes I have no clue where the road of life is dragging me too. I suffered a mental breakdown over the summer after a long drinking binge and was ready to just call it quits in the life department but the only thing the steered me away was I love my children and refused to give in to suicide and leaving my children fatherless.
Sometimes it just takes another opinion of one who deals with the same kind of sorrow and listening to another case if you have your own woes on the holidays your story or comments are welcome here.

Are you a ebay seller and been wronged by ebay
Are you a ebay seller and been wronged by ebay? We want to hear your story and comments to how ebay wronged you and how did you handle it.
I'm a Ebay fanatic. I only have roughly 190 feedback points and a percentage of 98.5% for feedback rating but it used to higher until I got a crooked buyer who stole from me and lied to paypal and was awarded his money back over a item I never had listed in the auction he won.
The Ebay buyer was McMalo He purchased a gateway 9100 lcd bezel and that was all i had listed to be sold.
McMalo emailed me asking if I had the lcd invertor for sale or if I had one for the gateway9100 laptop. I told him I had it up for sale in another auction and if he wanted it, he'd have to bid on it cause i wasn't going to violate ebays selling outside of the auction zone.
McMalo never purchased the lcd inverter and I shipped out his gateway 9100 laptop LCD Bezel. This piticular day I was rushing to get things mailed out and normally I get tracking for every item i've sold or bought, but this particular day I just mailed it out and went on to my other errands.
I recieved a email about 6 days later from the buyer McMalo and he stated he had recieved his bezel but he had never recieved the lcd inverter. I emailed him back and told him the inverter wasn't part of the auction as i already told him before in a prior email that it was for sale in another auction.
I saved the 2 emails between both of use and kept them in case any issue was to arrive so that i had some kind of proof the correspondence was documented.
Short-time later I recieved a notice from paypal, stating the buyer didn't recieve nothing at all from me. I told Ebay and Paypal I had emails to prove McMalo had recieved his LCD bezel as per the auction terms and that he had tried to purchase other items from me outside ebays policies.
We battled for about a week over it. Paypal asked to see the emails I had and I sent them to Paypal.
Paypal contacted me shortly after that week and said they couldn't use the emails as proof of him recieving the item and that I was going to have to refund his $11.25 he paid to me for the item he purchased.
I was dumbfounded and couldn't believe I was being strong-armed by McMalo and paypal. I had legitimate proof of his recieiving the item he bought but the weird thing was paypals email to me stated he didn't recieve the lcd inverter he bought.
I told ebay and paypal he never purchased no lcd inverter for the gateway 9100 laptop he only purchased the lcd bezel, but it didn't matter they found me at fault and put the violation upon me and told me I had to repay the $11.25 back to him.
Paypal went ahead and paid the guy his money back and unjustly suspended my account until I paid the money they wrongfully gave back.
They called asking why I hadn't made restitution to them. I fought them tooth and nail over it but never got no where. So I told them plan and simple....THEY WASN'T GETTING THERE $11.25 BACK... I was no where in the wrong and they violated my rights by paying money back to a guy who clearly recieved what he purchased.
He scammed me, got his money back for a item he recieved and tried to scam more out of me then what he bought. Paypal finally wiped my account and banned me from using paypal in the future.

Sad story and bad choices in life
We all hear about the sad stories and the bad choices young men and women make through out there lifetime and we hear of death and imprisonment cause of the paths they followed and the people they allowed to influence them growing up and hanging around with as children and teen hood.
In Peoria,Illinois and like many cities around the world we have crime all over and we have witnesses to those crimes happening, but most people feel threatened by the fact that they have to worry about being targeted for the information they might hold in putting these criminals away behind bars.
In Peoria,Illinois a man who was a childhood friend of a guy wo had shoot a man in cold blood and killed him witnesses these events happening. The gentlman who had witnesses some of these shootings or knew who was invloved never in trouble as a child and growing up wanted to help make the streets safer for other children and was seen talking with the police about some of these fatal shootings that lead to many deaths.
He was labeled a snitch and gunned down by his childhood friend and left to die.
We can say most are victims of circumstance, we can say he was in the wrong place at the wrong time or we can simply say he was a snitch and deserved what he had coming to him, but none of these circumstances should ever ring true.
This youngman tried to help clean up the streets in his neighborhood and create a safer neighborhood for children and others to come and had his life snuffed out labeled as a snitch.
We all make bad choices, but the way we handle the outcome of the bad choice's we make and learn something positive out of it is what makes the big difference. Many teens and children make negative choices and see negative outcomes all the time and never break the cycle of walking the wrong path, till there caught up in so much trouble it's hard to walk away cause they've walked that road so long.
A lot of theses teens and children are bright and would have had bright futures if they'd only approached life in a more positive attitude and simply removed themselves from the negative situation, but what I see and been through is the rush of getting away with things and it grows as you become older and things feel easier and you feel impervious to getting caught till your to old and the justice system catches up to you and there's no law or thing that can save you from prison.
If we all spent more time trying to create some boundaries and positive paths for our children and did more to accomadate the youth in positive roles and activities I think we could begin to repair some of these childrens lives and steer them towards a more positive path in life.
If we all did more to help lower the crime rate and spent more time getting involved with our kids or communities we all can help create a more positive outcome for everyones child and create a safer haven for our children and there children to come.

British Teacher Guilty of Lesser Charge
British teacher Mrs.Gibbons was found guilty of a lesser charge of the hatred charge against muslims she was first charged with. She will spend 15 days in the womens prison in the sudan and then be deported back to britian.
Many are still outraged over the incident and feel Mrs.Gibbons was unfairly targeted my extreme muslims who follow the shari code of muslim beliefs.
Some say that she got off lightly, because she could have recieved the 40 lashes and 6 months in prison, but I find it hard to believe that anyone would see any of this as severe importance at all.
The school children were the ones to name the teddy bear and a vote was taken by the students to name the teddy bear. The punishment handed down by the islamic government was a slap in the face and should be seen just as that. Most have no issues with islam and live in peace and harmony knowing everyone has rights to the religious beliefs, but to build a religion around evil and hatred itself is a crime against everyone.

Mexico Immigrant Saves Lost Boy After Deadly Crash
A mexican immigrant whose destination was to cross the border into the United States was thwarted by not what most would think by the border patrol, but by the tragic accident of a mother and child out on a Camping trip gone wrong.
"Manuel Jesus Cordova Soberanes" had only 50 miles left in his journey to cross into the United States but seen a boy of 9 yers old all alone in the desert. Knowing something wasn't quite right about the scenario he approached the boy who had scrapes and cuts with his dog and a side view mirror in his hand.
The little 9 year old boy took him to the edge of a cliff and "Manuel Jesus Cordova Soberanes" seen first hand why the boy was all alone with his dog.
Authorities said Christopher and his mother, 45-year-old Dawn Alice Tomko, had been in the area camping. Tomko was driving on a U.S. Forest Service road when she lost control of the van, which landed 300 feet from the road.
All though "Manuel Jesus Cordova Soberanes" and Christopher spoke different languages he was able to care for the boy till hunters found them and the border patrol took custody of both and christopher was given to relatives.
Manuel is a father of 6 children and was simply trying to feed his 3 kids with a ex wife and his 3 kids with his girlfriend, by finding work in Arizona.
He is to be awarded a ceromony for saving the boys life by the State of Arizona.
Illegal immigrant or not this is the type of compassion that should grant a man and his family automatic rights in to the country so many die to get into. If it were my choice i'd give "Manuel Jesus Cordova Soberanes" his American citizenship and his family if he so choose to come to the U.S and make his home.

Britney Spears What A Joke
So many folks would die to have a chance to grab the fame and fortune Britney Spears has right now. So many folks would love to have the talent the young starlet has grown up with and made a tidy fortune to last her lifetime, if managed right and not spent frivilously.
It's ashame when someone with so much talent and 2 children drags themselves through the mud and simply doesn't give a shit.
We know tabloids paint pictures to sell magazines and the stories we the viewers read may not be the truthfull facts we read daily, but we do know from the public arrests and records we see that are publicly viewed speak a lot louder than any tabloid we pick up and read.
Does Britney deserve to have any rights or correspondence with her children at this dangerous stage in her career or life..I think not by any means. What this girl needs is a long lengthy stay behind bars to face reality of where she's headed if she doesn't pull her head out of the sand and start acting like a mother and a responsible human being.
It's a tragedy when folks so young reach stardom. They feel imperial to all and feel there isn't anything out there that can hurt, mame or put them in any blame and simply throw it all at the phrase of "It's the pressure of Stardom".
We know that being in the public eye can hash out some difficulties, but were built to be able to take a step back, evaluate where were at and how we handle ourselves with every task, issue and what do we do to rectify the situation.
There's never a excuse to act poorly when you have children. We all have some crisis in life and how we choose to deal with the crisis shows the type of mind we have.

I hope Britney Spears can pull herself together and start acting as a responsible mother and give her children the life they deserve instead of being a white trash slut who tosses her kids aside so she can do what she wants.

Mom It's not right Paris Hilton Yells!
So tell me Paris whats not right about serving the time behind bars,like the rest of society does, for violating there court ordered probation and things outlined in there court documents.
It's simple sweetheart, like the old saying goes "IF you can't do the time,Then don't commit the crime". In house arrest isn't a punishment, beingable to dress nicely,watch movies of your choice, eat take out or fancy dining, have who you want over to visit you. These are all freedoms that criminals don't get behind bars and neither should she.
Honestly she desrves more time, she blantenly denied court orders, caught twice on suspended license. It's nice to see some real justice that money can't buy everyone out. It all falls to moralistic values that many judges allow money to influence there decisions over laying the law out in Black and White, everyone is created equal and deserve the same punishment as anyone without money gets in a court of law.
It's not so pretty on the other side of society and it shouldn't be because now harsh reality of has set in for Paris Hilton and how money can't solve every aspect in life.

National Healthcare In America, Whats your View!
Theres been talk of passing legislation on aNational Healthcare plan tha covers everyone of any income range. Due to the rising increase in health insurance were finding simple visits to the doctor and simple treatments being raised in price due to advance i technology,mal practice suits and new medicines being produced to cover a vast range of diseases and ailments.
My concerns are whats the catch?
Is there a price for this covereage offered by the state or Fedearal Governement?
Will it be income based to monthly income?
What's going to be covered under any such government run plan?
I don't mean any offense to anyone one who relies on the help from the government for legitimate reasons,but I will,in any legal way will fight the unlawful collection of funds created by the deadbeat system users we so much have in this society.
We've got to many people who use the system, that are able to work, but fail to do so cause the free ride the government so easily allows them to get away with.
We all see in, it's nothing new or just coming out.
We see many cultures popping children left and right working the system over for the biggest buck they can get from the state, while honest people with legit issues and the folks that work and make it possible get robbed blind everyday,month,year.
We all see it, folks living in the projects,hood, some nice suburban area's never work a day in there life and draw benefits from there state government public aid system and drive fancy cars. As I said this isn't slamming and legit disabilitied person and the ones who do it you know who you are and ther isn't no denying it when we see you on the streets, but you know what you'll fight it, try and deny it but you know your wrong and deserve nothing but severe punishment for robbing hardworking people and giving the truly needy person a bad rap for your selfishness.
I'd like to hear some views from other hardworking American's, disabled Americans and views from real folks who have honest,legitimate opinions on this purposed National Healthcare Plan that could be a possibility.

Tortured Kids & Growing Gun Violence
Violence has spun so far out of control we now fear that when our children go to school everyday we all with kids have a worry in the back of our heads if teachers and school officials are really watching for these destressed kinds or just throwing them back into the system to be tortured and sowed into gun swinging lunatics.
School violence has erupted in to a serious problem and nothing seems to be getting done to slow or squash the problems before they start. Virginia Tech 30 people die after a man is been known to cause problems and have severe mental issues but we throw him a side and look the other way.
Maybe we should hold the shrinks liable for this disaster, maybe the judge that ordered treatment that never got followed...after all isn't it the justice system that is suppose to protect and hand punishments that fit the crime, but the fact is there is no justice for these families that lost children in this tragedy.
Like columbine no justice there either, just dead criminals that can't be tried.
Maybe we need to make bullying a class X Felony, maybe we can begin to curb some young minds in to actually excepting that were all not from rich families, were all going to have different lifestyles, were all different in many ways.
Maybe we all need to just go to a uniform code where everyone wears the same clothes to show equality amongst peers.
Until we actually really start making changes in the educational system in the bullying of lesser fortunate children the violence this creates by singling them out isn't going to change.
Young folks minds are being tormented and twisting these children into being reclusive kids,drumming up sick thoughts of death and gore cause the system fails to step in and say enough is enough.
I thought school was about educating our young minds to make it in the real world when they graduate. I never realized they had torement & torture 101 in the ciriculum.
We pass so many bills on education, but it's not educating our children how to be a better person towards others.
THE BULLYING HAS TO BE STOPPED AND UNTIL IT'S DONE SHOOTINGS WILL OCCUR TIME, AFTER TIME,AFTER TIME. EVERYONES MIND IS DIFFERENT. Protect Online Gambling It's Our Constitutional Right
Do you play Texas Holdem or any kind of poker online. I do, I eat breath and sleep poker. I play online poker probably more than anyone I know is it a bad thing well depends on who you ask.
Poker has been a game i've loved to play for the last 3 years. I played it when I was younger but never played as much as I have these last 3 years. Texas Holdem is my favorite poker game and i'd choose it over any other style of poker.
I play on pokerstars.com under DELTACES why did I pick the name well pretty much speaks for itself. I used to get dealt pockets or singles it seemed all the time so I just adapted and hence the name was created.. Do I still get the Aces I screenamed myself for not as much it seems since the name was created......lol.
I play pokerstars.com the best online pokerroom around as far as i'm concerned. Plenty of Freerolls to win real money and geberally have a pretty good time doing so.
It's not my first time doing this but recently won 1 of 27 tickets out of 10,000 entries to play in there Sunday 1,000.00 pot game which generally host around 3,000 players through out the world who also won tickets. The pay out structure isn't bad first usually gets 20%-25% pay out. I placed 14th out of 10,000 not bragging but thats my lowest finish the last time I played and won a ticket was playing a Limit Stud game and I finished 1st.
Blog reason, if you play online poker and have played real money through these accounts you very well know know that congress has made it illegal for USA players to trasfer funds or gamble with our money online inlight of trying to say it holds funding terrorist risks through such gambling means.
How far should government be allowed to go in telling it's people how to spend there money and where to spend it. Would you like it if they told you no you can't buy that chocolate cause it has to many calories......no you can't buy that cause your child is overweight.....where does the bullying stop and the FREEDOM begin.
American government is like a school bully give us your money and forget about eating lunch or else. It's time the people spoke told congress it's my right to spend my money how I see fit to spend it. I made the money and taxes have been paid on it so why do I have to be told how to spend it...It's plan and simple it's just not right.
