5-foot-1 man gets 10 years probation for sexual assault of a child

I read today on msn a convicted child molestor, recieve 10 years probation.
The kicker is the judge didn't feel that a 5'1" man could defend himself in prison.
What a misue of power.
This case will be used for life now,when convicted molesters go up for trial, cause they feel they can't safely live in a 8x8 cell citing i'm a short man and can't defend myself.

How well does a child defend thereself against a 50 year oldman who who knew it wasn't in his best interest to be fondling a under age child. The man had also been found with pornographic materials in his residence. The judge told the man he had to get rid of all pornographical material and be monitored electronically for the first bit of his 10 years probation period.

Our justice system has just sent a stiff statement telling molesters that they have away out of getting what they deserve. In my eyes.

Prison is for bad people who feel laws don't come into play for them, or they feel there invinsible to the law. How dare you judge. Your a trained mind for law, not physicology let the doctors determine if he's suitable for prison if you feel he's not capable just cause he's short to uphold a prison term. You grossly misused your power and ability to set a man who felt it okay to touch a underage child and he got caught I can see all the trials upcoming being played as a mockery I hope you develope a true concious and resign when this man strikes again and the sad thing is, the next time the child could be physically hurt or killed how will that weigh in on your mind.

What really went through the judges mind as she handed down this unfair judgement on this 50 year old molester. What part of his age said this was right to molest a child. Doesn't 50 years old speak I know this is wrong and since I did the crime, I need to do the hard time.
Molesters will have a much easier way to create there own sentences if people don't stand up and overturn the judges abuseful power. This judge for justice needs to resign, cause justice was hardly even served in the case of molestation.
