Ever Felt Lifes Kicked You Around More Than You Deserve

In my previous post I talked about a accident I was a part of, this is to sum up the current situation.

I was involved in a accident, involving a moving car, a female and the use of a cellphone during operation of a moving car.

I talk to the insurance man, before I get to deep I have liability. The other party has full coverage.

I talk to the insurance man, the insurance company is still trying to find whose at fault, since the police officer who arrived at the accident didn't do his job accurately and issue a ticket or talk to people around the scene to digure out how the accident occured or ask people in the area what happened. He basically left it in the hands of the insurance company to decide instead of doing his job to the full extent he didn't want to get his hands dirty since the other party had no witnesses with her to colaborate her story.

I had 2 others to give graqphic detail as to what went down, but since this was my wife who was passenger and my sister in law who was passenger as well in my car they said it wasn't a very good source of witnesses.

I'm not a liar and feel no reason to lie. and instructed my passengers to just tell the truth as they seen it all unfold.

Any how I call the insurance man and try to find out whats being done. They told me when they come out to taker pictures of my damage they'd contact me May 22nd or 23rd. I never hear from them. So I call them and I get a recording. I realize they have to investigate the situation.

The girl's statement totally contradicts my story. She was setting in the middle of the road in the mall parking lot parked.......did you read that parked in the middle of a road facing me. I apparently picked her out of a million other things I needed to get done just to plow my 1992 firebird into her head on.

Remember this girl was talking on her cellphone. So she stops in the middle of a busy road in the mall parking lot, to chat it up on the cellphone. I come a long and decide to choose her at random and cause a accident. First off she was setting parked in a area according to her that if in anyway she had a problem flasher should have been turned on to indicate a problem, but thats not all according to her I come around the corner okay a unobstructed view wide open parking lot and choose to run smack dab in the front of her with children, my two kids in the car. I love my children and under no circumstance would I ever out them In harms way or even think about trying to pull some bullshit scam that wouldn't ever work, it's not my nature.

So since the cops didn't do there job the insurance man has to decide whose at fault thus according to the insurance man decide who gets ticketed.

Under no circumstance will I allow a bullshit story from a 20 year old who got out of her car and ask if she could go since no one was hurt, cause her friend was injured and taken to the hospital, that right there tells you she had things on her mind, talking on the phone while driving was involved and moving her car from the scene of a accident are all no, no's.

It's going to court if I get put at fault. This women put her own cares ahead of what was going on. My children were in the car and she was more interested in getting out of there then give any care to my kids. She not once asked if my children were okay or even removed her cellphone from her ear how am I to feel.

How many peoples stories ever come out the same in a accident where they might havce to admit fault and according to insurance companies, you should never admit fault and this girl also called her mom and I assure when she showed up she coached her on what to say and how to lie her way out of it all.
