Sad story and bad choices in life

We all hear about the sad stories and the bad choices young men and women make through out there lifetime and we hear of death and imprisonment cause of the paths they followed and the people they allowed to influence them growing up and hanging around with as children and teen hood.

In Peoria,Illinois and like many cities around the world we have crime all over and we have witnesses to those crimes happening, but most people feel threatened by the fact that they have to worry about being targeted for the information they might hold in putting these criminals away behind bars.

In Peoria,Illinois a man who was a childhood friend of a guy wo had shoot a man in cold blood and killed him witnesses these events happening. The gentlman who had witnesses some of these shootings or knew who was invloved never in trouble as a child and growing up wanted to help make the streets safer for other children and was seen talking with the police about some of these fatal shootings that lead to many deaths.

He was labeled a snitch and gunned down by his childhood friend and left to die.

We can say most are victims of circumstance, we can say he was in the wrong place at the wrong time or we can simply say he was a snitch and deserved what he had coming to him, but none of these circumstances should ever ring true.

This youngman tried to help clean up the streets in his neighborhood and create a safer neighborhood for children and others to come and had his life snuffed out labeled as a snitch.

We all make bad choices, but the way we handle the outcome of the bad choice's we make and learn something positive out of it is what makes the big difference. Many teens and children make negative choices and see negative outcomes all the time and never break the cycle of walking the wrong path, till there caught up in so much trouble it's hard to walk away cause they've walked that road so long.

A lot of theses teens and children are bright and would have had bright futures if they'd only approached life in a more positive attitude and simply removed themselves from the negative situation, but what I see and been through is the rush of getting away with things and it grows as you become older and things feel easier and you feel impervious to getting caught till your to old and the justice system catches up to you and there's no law or thing that can save you from prison.

If we all spent more time trying to create some boundaries and positive paths for our children and did more to accomadate the youth in positive roles and activities I think we could begin to repair some of these childrens lives and steer them towards a more positive path in life.

If we all did more to help lower the crime rate and spent more time getting involved with our kids or communities we all can help create a more positive outcome for everyones child and create a safer haven for our children and there children to come.
